Shipping policy
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates:
The Rates will be shown while checking out.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Domestic Shipping (Sweden):
Estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 2-5 business days after the order has been shipped.
International Shipping:
We offer free international shipping to our customers. The estimated delivery time for international orders is 7-14 business days after the order has been shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Santan Gelos is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
Santan Gelos is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Santan Gelos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
